Meet the cupping brewer.
My name is Josh and I have been cupping coffee for a long time. As a green coffee buyer and former US Barista Championship Finalist it became apparent to me that cupping is invaluable, and also had room for improvement. That's why I came up with the Cupping Brewer, a device that lets you share your cupping in a sanitary way with coffee pros and first timers alike.
Evaluate the dry grounds. Pour 500mL of water over 30 grams of coffee ground medium coarse. Wait 4 minutes.
Using a spoon, gently stir the grounds on top of the brewer while smelling the aromas they release.
Clean the remaining foam from the top of the brewer. Insert and hold the stopper in place. Pour the coffee into a drinking vessel and enjoy.
